Introduction

  - "Offline Order" means an order placed outside of the Scop techinologies's website.
  - "Online Order" means an order placed through the Scop techinologies's website.
  

• Ordering Process*

  - Offline Orders: Client must sign and return a quote or proposal to initiate services.
  - Online Orders: Client must complete the online order form and submit payment in bits/fractions.

• Payment Terms

  - Payment is due upon receipt of invoice or online order confirmation.

• Warranty and Liability

  - Scop techinologies warrants services will be performed professionally.
  - Scop techinologies is not liable for damages exceeding the total project value.

• Dispute Resolution*
